Purpose
These terms of sale govern the provision of GROOM Compass services by GROOM Consulting SRL (registered office: Avenue Winston Churchill 16, 1180 Brussels, Belgium; company number BE 1014.447.180), hereafter the Provider, to professional customers, hereafter the Customer.
Services
GROOM Compass provides an automated technology audit for independent hotels and a subscription for consulting firms. The report is generated automatically from public data on the hotel website and the Customer’s questionnaire answers.
Price and payment
The full audit costs €249 excluding VAT as a one-off payment. The consultant subscription costs €129 excluding VAT per month. Payments are processed by Mollie. An invoice is issued after each payment and is available in the customer account.
Delivery
Access to the complete report is unlocked immediately after payment confirmation. The Customer is notified by email and can view the report in their account.
Right of withdrawal
As services are supplied to professionals and digital content is delivered immediately with the Customer’s express agreement, no right of withdrawal applies after the report has been unlocked. This does not affect the 14-day guarantee advertised for the audit.
Liability
Reports are indicative and do not constitute advice for which the Provider accepts liability. The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the service concerned.
Subscription cancellation
The consultant subscription has no minimum duration and may be canceled at any time from the customer account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
Audit credit
The audit credit of €249 excluding VAT is valid for 60 calendar days from payment. It is fully deducted from any GROOM Consulting SRL assignment signed during that period and invoiced to the same property or legal entity. It cannot be combined with other credits and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Audit review
The audit includes a 45-minute video review with a GROOM consultant, to be scheduled within 60 calendar days from payment.
