Data collected
We only collect the data necessary for the service to function: email address (when creating an account), URL of the analysed establishment, questionnaire answers and public data about the establishment. Payment data is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card numbers.
Purposes
The data is used to generate your personalised report, manage your account, send you service-related communications and improve our product.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the service contract, the legitimate interest of GROOM Consulting and, where applicable, your explicit consent.
Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription and then archived in accordance with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, please contact us by email.
