GROOM Compass is an independent assessment tool. Scores and recommendations are generated automatically from public data and your answers. GROOM Consulting may partner with some editors mentioned in reports; this does not influence the scoring methodology.
Updates
The questionnaire, pillars and weights evolve regularly to reflect hotel industry standards. Previous reports are not automatically recalculated.

If you notice an error or bias in a report, please contact us at alexandre@groomconsulting.io. We review every report and update the methodology if necessary.
